About Cynsta
Cynsta is LLM CI for AI features: a control layer that adds tests, guardrails, logging, and a Flight Recorder view on top of any model.
Cynsta grew out of our work on stress-testing AI systems and building compliance tooling like CAIRA. After watching teams ship LLM features with almost no tests, we decided to build the runtime that makes AI changes safe by default.
We're a small, product-focused team based in Prague with remote colleagues across the EU and US. We ship fast, talk directly to customers, and keep the company simple – no legacy stack, no giant org chart, just a tight loop between product, infra, and real deployments.
